David Ornstein Saturday January 20, 2007 The Guardian The Football League has decided that, from next season, all 72 grounds in its three divisions will be non-smoking. The move goes beyond government legislation, which would allow smoking to take place on terraces and in seated stands. The move comes after 80% of fans surveyed said they would support some kind of limit on smoking.
